If you return from a country that has been declared a risk area or enter Jena, go into domestic quarantine immediately, from the day of your return, for 14 days and report immediately to the public health department of the city of Jena using this form or by telephone (0049 3641 49-2222). Family members not travelling with you or persons living in the household are not automatically covered by the quarantine regulations. Please try to limit the contact to these persons (see RKI recommendations). A voluntary quarantine is also recommended for these people. The classification as a risk area is published by the Robert Koch Institute.
The obligation to carry out domestic quarantine only applies to persons who have entered the country/area listed there. These may change depending on the occurrence of infection - please inform yourself. The obligation arises from §1 of the Fourth Thuringian Regulation on Quarantine Measures for Entry and Return Travelers to Combat the Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2.
Please note that a separate form must be filled out for all travellers. Your data will be deleted four weeks after receipt of your notification. We thank you for your support.
Stay healthy!
Your team of the city of Jena
