Dental fluoridation - group prophylaxis

Dental fluoridation as part of group prophylaxis is offered at all Jena schools.

The aim is to improve the quality of tooth enamel to prevent tooth decay. The use of fluorides requires the written consent of the parents/guardians. The consent form is handed out with the information about the first examination at school and should be brought along to the examination appointment. It remains valid until the child reaches the age of 12. However, in accordance with the statutory group prophylaxis, it can be revoked in writing at any time.

The child's dental passport, if available, should be brought along.

Attention! No opening hours on 12.06.2025.
